Your staging date is important and indicates the point at which you need to meet your legal obligations therefore please allow plenty of time and contact us well in advance of this date. Correspondence with staff is required by law and we include this as part of our service, however you must remember to provide sufficient time before your staging date in order for us to help you meet these legal obligations. We can further explain the process and answer any questions you may have well in advance too.
Similar to our payroll services we have found that by splitting our pricing into "First month Set-Up Costs" and "On-going Processing Costs" it has enabled us to keep our monthly prices low.
First month Set-up Costs cover the time taken to collect information and set up the pension scheme for the business as a whole, and also for the individual staff members. For this reason they are slightly higher - however they are charged ONCE only!
Once the first month set-up is complete your staff are ready for the pension assessment which is included in the price. You and your staff will then be notified of the outcome of the assessment.
Following the assessment some staff may NOT BE ELIGIBLE to join your scheme and no further charges will be incurred except when they are re-assessed (usually every 3 years).
ELIGIBLE STAFF will be enrolled onto your scheme and contributions will commence in the following payroll period.
From month two onwards a smaller Processing Cost is charged each month for those staff who are assessed as being ELIGIBLE to join your scheme.
